Hollis English is the Owner of Murphy’s Farm Market and Bakery in Alliston, ON. She enjoys supporting her team and co-creating exceptional customer experiences and delicious and comforting baked goods. She loves contributing to product design, marketing and creating the foundations of a thriving company culture. She is a certified Khan Method Coach and has launched a leadership coaching practice called Merit and Co. She uses her knowledge and experience in leading teams for over 12 years to help entrepreneurs and teams be more effective and confident leaders at work and at home. She believes kindness and empathy are the keys to great leadership and building genuine connections with others is what life is all about. She is a mother to 4 children under the age of 8 who keep her entertained and busy. She loves travel, food, interior and graphic design and is dedicated daily to personal and professional growth and the pursuit of creativity.
