Have you had your babies and tried everything to bounce back? Some things we don't learn about pregnancy is the after years. Many changes occur in the body such as skin integrity, hormone changes, weight gain/loss, and muscle separation.... just to name a few. Many of the changes make working back to pre baby impossible and its not anything you are doing or not doing.
