With a nod to International Women’s Days on March 8th, we get an episode centered on the reality of what like is like for women in Afghanistan. Remember that peace deal that MSEC brokered last season where she traded in the status of women for one the ground stability by allowing the Taliban to serve in the newly formed govt in Afghanistan? We’ll that comes back to bite her. But it gives the team a chance to debate the reality of women in other parts of the world where they are forced into marriage, limited education, limited choices and subjected to physical violence. So—not exactly a feel good storyline, but an important story.

We also get some serious male bonding on the homefront with Henry and Will trading laments and philosophies about religion, marriage and family. But first—the return of Eric Stoltz hair. Thank goodness. And we start with a solid a bedroom scene between Elizabeth and Henry. Lian Dolan and Julie Dolan recap the CBS Drama starring Tea Leoni and Tim Daly.
