Song of Songs: A metaphor for God and the church or a celebration of sexuality?

Episode Description
One of the most beautiful parts of the Bible, Christians often do not know what to do with the Song of Songs. Is it a metaphor for God and the church? A celebration of human sexuality? Or something else? In this panel discussion, Dr Kamina Wüst and Dr Lindsay Wilson help us appreciate this precious piece of Scripture.
This webinar is part of the Ridley Online Old Testament Prophets and Writings Unit (OT002D).
About Dr Kamina Wüst
Kamina Wüst completed a PhD on the Song of Songs at Moore Theological College exploring previously under-recognised connections between the Song and other parts of the Hebrew Bible. She lectures by invitation at theological colleges, consults for churches on teaching the Song of Songs, and speaks for conferences and podcasts. She has worked as a freelance writer and editor since 2016 and is the Old Testament Series Editor for Matthias Bible Guides, in which she also wrote the volume on the Song of Songs. Kamina lives in Brisbane, Australia and can be contacted through kaminawust.com.
