Today I'm talking about how our horses can help us get out of comfort zones that aren't serving us. I discuss what I mean by a comfort zone that isn't serving us. And I talk about how our horses can be an intrinsic motivator to move us out of that comfort zone, and how our own inner self can guide us in understanding this.
As part of this episode I share an experience I had with this today while feeding my horses. How what started as a seemingly mundane daily activity turned into a wonderful experience of magic and connection with all three of my horses.
