Cham, Switzerland: Springer International Publishing. (the book on Wundt mentioned) Smith, L. D. (1986). Behaviorism and Logical Positivism: A Reassessment of the Alliance. Stanford, CA: Stanford University Press. (the book where Smith used and elaborated the concept of indigenous epistemology.
