Episode 71: Invitation To Open Your Mind

This episode invites us to consider radical possibilities about what might actually be true. It presents several important yet controversial (and to some, far-fetched) ideas about the world which I invite you to reflect on and investigate with a sceptical but open mind. Some I know to be true, others I think are probably true, and still others might possibly be true. I also preamble this with a brief overview of critical thinking skills needed to parse through the many contradictory and opposing views on any given contentious subject. Most of all, my message here is that for most things in life we simply don’t know the ultimate truth, but we can wisely embrace honesty and humility in this matter and so open ourselves to a clearer view which weighs up evidence and is comfortable with a very large “Maybe Pile”. Talking is healthy, so let’s open up the old mind and mouth and get sharing possibilities!
