In this episode of the Agent-to-Agent series of the show, I speak with Allison Pflaum, who is based in the Austin area. Originally from Florida, Allison now lives in Kyle, just south of Austin, TX. She's a proud mother of two sons and a former teacher turned real estate entrepreneur. With over a decade of experience, she's bought and sold over 10 homes and owns 15 rental properties. Passionate about real estate, she helps people build wealth through homeownership.
With over 10 years of sales and marketing expertise, Allison specializes in various aspects of real estate in the greater Austin area, including new home construction, first-time buyers, relocation, and investments. She leads The Hays Home Team at Keller Williams Realty as Broker and CEO, mentoring realtors and staff.
Allison is affiliated with multiple realtor associations and chambers of commerce, holding a master's degree from Lamar University and a degree from the University of Florida.
