Tomiko Dixon, grand daughter of blues legend Willie Dixon best known for his major contributions to the music world is keeping the Blues alive! Tomiko in her own right is a Philanthropist, Singer & Songwriter taking the music industry by storm. Her mission is to keep the blues music genre alive. Tomiko is the youngest person ever inducted into Chicago’s Blues Hall of Fame. Tomiko Dixon demonstrates that her grandfather's musical legacy is in safe hands. This powerhouse of a blues woman, making the blues her own.Tomiko has recorded, arranged, produced, written for and performed with some of the most talented and well known artists in the music business.Ever the workhorse Tomiko is an official Grammy Voting Member & assist with finding eligible new members for The Recording Academy (Chicago Chapter) and is an active Supporter & Member of The Blues Foundation , while also being involved in several other Companies & Foundations.Make no doubt about it Tomiko has inherited her grandfather's genes. She well deserves the title of “The Grand-Daughter of the Blues”
