While poking fun at the ridiculous nature of these beliefs that are not rooted in reality (Taylor Swift being named TIME person of the year is part of a 2024 election scheme, apparently!), we also discuss the real threat these fear-mongering ideologies pose to democracy and liberation, and how we should approach loved ones who fall prey to these conspiracies.
