This is the end. My only friend, the end. Well, not quite.
We're taking a trip back in time to December 2010 for the seventh instalment of the Harry Potter saga, the Deathly Hallows - Part 1, the penultimate entry to the film adaptations. Split into two parts in order to bring the series to a satisfying conclusion, the Deathly Hallows sees our heroes venture out into the British countryside to find and destroy the secrets to Lord Voldemort's immortality. Get your tents and hiking boots, because we're gonna be doing some serious cardio.
It's just the three of us this week, as Andy, Jake, and Rob discuss a film that, unbelievably, will turn 10 years-old in just a few months. It seems like only yesterday that Rob was venturing to the world's tallest cinema to see it. A lot's changed since then - the film saga of course came to an end just six months later, J.K. Rowling has since outed herself as a TERF, and it's now been thirteen years since the last chapter of the infamous fanfiction My Immortal was published. All subjects are still up for discussion.
