In a computer and technology class we can't escape terms such as 'cloud computing,' data mining, KPIs, wireframes.. even those arcane acronyms such as DNS, KPIs, and CTRs. Do you catch yourself dropping bits of jargon in your conversation? or do you roll your eyes when someone does? How does this affect how we communicate?
