Hamza has run a number of successful lettings agencies across the North West of England with a combined portfolio of over 600 managed properties.
After a life-changing family event, Hamza decided to sell his lettings agencies and become a property developer. Since then he’s delivered a variety of deals from single lets, blocks of flats and hotels. He’s also created a collection of stylish, modern homes and serviced apartments for young professionals in the heart of Blackpool.
