Not only is she a full-time nurse, but today Anna is a seasoned property investor looking to pounce on her next purchase in the next few months.

Anna Woolaston began her property journey at the young age of 29 with the purchase of a two-bed apartment in Harris Park NSW. And although this apartment has since dipped in value, it has had a far greater purpose, serving as a propellant towards her ultimate goal to retire with a passive income of $150,000.

Anna joins host Maja Garaca Djurdjevic on this episode of The Smart Property Investment Show to chat about her unique journey, which she now shares with her husband Andrew.

From a perceivably dud buy to a lucky dip in the ACT, which has now doubled in value, Anna details the ins and outs of investing, from signing her name on the dotted line to managing her tenants.
