Great Boulder Resources confirms high-grade gold at Mulga Bill

Great Boulder Resources (ASX: GBR) managing director Andrew Paterson joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss assay results the company has received from two diamond drill holes at the Mulga Bill prospect within the Side Well Gold Project, Western Australia. The holes targeted depths up to 500 metres below the surface and intersected gold-bearing veins and shear-hosted lodes as predicted by GBR’s mineralisation model. Highlights from the assays include: 5.93 metres at 3.51 g/t gold from 518.07 metres, including 1 metre at 19.30 g/t; 1 metre at 7.74 g/t from 205 metres; 1 metre at 7.02 g/t from 456 metres; and 1 metre at 5.29 g/t from 214 metres. These results confirm the potential for further resource growth at Mulga Bill, where the current resource stands at 568,000 ounces at 2.7 g/t gold, extending mineralisation to a depth of at least 500 metres. GBR plans additional drilling to test the northern extension and deeper zones.
