Welcome back to the PODCast!
In this week's show, I share some things about the show that I've been considering for awhile. If you're a long time listener, you know I'm a straight shooter when it comes to this stuff, so buckle in.
In all honestly, I've been thinking about the PODCast all wrong. I've been thinking of it as a product as opposed to a marketing instrument that could amplify interest in a print on demand coaching business (which doesn't really exist - at least not in the way I want it to.) Because of the weekly schedule of creating this show, it's been difficult to navigate it all - the challenges of content creation as well as the need to bolster my own POD business' growth.
In the end, the Main Event of this episode delves into me redefining my priorities, as well as the strategic decision to scale back on podcast production (and all that comes with it) to focus on building a sustainable business model with a product that I'm proud of.
Finally, I'd love for you to TAKE THIS SURVEY and let me know what would be important for you in a paid print on demand product (if I even end up creating one is still TBD.) It'll only take 2-3 minutes and will really help.
Enjoy the show!
