It seems only appropriate that the most unserious of our podcast EVER is birthed during our Madame Web Review. Due to circumstances out of our control (Cam’s kid getting a stomach bug), we had to delay our review of this film. And, as fate would have it, Madame Web turned into a veritable meme factory since we saw it. So, since we share the belief that this is not a good movie AND the film has already been out for a week, we took off the training wheels and decided to go SPOILER-FULL for this review. So, strap in because we are going to pull no punches as we discuss Madame Web, Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, and just what exactly happened to Madame Web’s mom when she was researching spiders right before she died.
