I was in therapy for over a year, and only my husband and 2 of my friends knew. YEAP! My parents didn't even know! Therapy was something I did for ME.

I didn't start going to sessions because my life was at rock bottom. I was actually at a relatively good place mentally and emotionally when I started. However, I knew that I had some HIDDEN limiting beliefs and mental blocks that were holding me back from being GREAT, and I needed some additional help.

Over the course of my sessions, things started to get DEEP and more and more things that I didn't even know were trama started to come out. I use therapy in conjunction with the Holy Spirit to help me navigate my emotions. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is the ULTIMATE source of my healing and help. Watch the full video on YouTube.
