We're guessing, if you're anything like us, you've done hard things, right? You are more than capable of doing hard things. But are you making those things harder than they need to be? Whether you're starting a new exercise routine, starting a new job, or, perhaps like a us, you're starting a new podcast. There are ways we often make these experiences harder than they need to be. There are also ways we can make the process easier! That's what we're diving into today: Is it hard or inconvenient? What's your Why? What's your motivation? What are you expectations? How much do you avoid doing until you can get it 'right'? Where in your life are you letting the idea of something being 'hard' stop you from doing the thing? Overwhelm is a choice - which makes it harder! How often are you focused on the outcome, the whole picture, versus the next best step? The 50lbs or the next meal? The 3 day drive or the next gas tank fill up? Are you stopping and Smellibrating your wins along the way? You can do hard things, but it doesn't mean you have to make them harder!
