In Episode 20, Paul is joined by Bupa's Global Director of Talent & Mobility, Mark Derksen. Mark began his career in 2000 as an expat tax advisor for international clients with PWC. He later became an in-house global mobility manager for Deloitte in the Netherlands before living and working for three years in South Africa as Global Mobility Lead for Unilever. In 2015, Mark joined Arup in London as Head of International Mobility; three years later he returned to Amsterdam, where he worked as Head of Mobility with Booking.com, Uber and Getir.
Mark has an Executive MBA degree from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and is a registered Global Mobility Strategic Talent specialist (GMS-T) with the Worldwide ERC.
