Monica is your go-to girl when it comes to anything period related. She is an ICF certified Life Coach and Period Coach. Her obsession for her period started during her own journey of trying to regain her period, twice. Through years of study and research, Monica has a wealth of information about how women’s cycles work and is an expert in this field. She educates, inspires and helps women harness the power of their period and live their life in a way that supports the female cycle. From everything to understanding the cycle, to knowing the ‘superpowers’ of each phase, to libido, PCOS and endometriosis, and most importantly, nutrition. She also helps women to tap more into their feminine essence, and improve their confidence in life and the bedroom, reprogram their brain for greatness and come back to their diamond self.
