Do you feel overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, or an unshakable sense of dread? Does it seem like you're constantly under attack from every angle, weighed down by worries and maybe even sadness? Are you struggling to focus because of all that's happening around you?

In this episode, we dive deeper into the truth of what's actually behind these emotions and struggles. I’ve come to realize that this constant noise - the fear, the worry, the sadness - is a spiritual battle. We aren’t simply wrestling with our thoughts or feelings. The Bible reminds us that "we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world." These plans and ploys of the enemy often manifest as the anxieties and distractions that keep us from living with clarity and intention.

But we don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle. Today, I'm sharing how you can silence the noise, and overcome these distractions. When we focus on faith rather than fear, we can step into the work God has for us with peace and confidence.
