How do you know you're ready to buy a home? Well, how much you spend on happy hour, bottle services and axe body spray may be an indicator!
This week we start to look at the 2024 predictions for prices and rates... will anyone get it right this time? Mark also explains that interest rate is the least significant number in a transaction. I know, it sounds counter intuitive but it’s worth a listen!
Also Jerome Powell keeps saying no loosening in policy anytime soon, but wallstreet refuses to listen. Much like a 12-year-old ignoring bedtime. The market doesn’t believe dad (J. Powell) is serious, and they're pricing in rate cuts. Will wallstreet get another hour of TV time on a school night? Or will this end up with a spanking in the hallway?
