With us today is John Loud, welcome John! - hello, Jason good to see you from afar. - Likewise so normally we're shooting this in the studio and I know you had plan to come in a couple of weeks ago but obviously we're all locked down at this point in our homes or limited capacity and businesses so thank you for doing this. In the new world learning all this new technology to continue to move things forward, so totally. I'm glad we could get together. -Likewise, so first I always like to start off by asking a little bit about what... Tell us about what you do what your business is and so if you just wanted to tell us a bit about you that'd be great. Sure sure I guess first I'll go with my name is John Loud, I'm the owner and President of Loud Security Systems and usually, I have to clarify that I was born named John Loud I did not change my last name to become Loud so when I started a security company some number of years later many times people like did you change your name to do this I'm like no I've always been Loud but started loud security systems back in 1995 so we got the great wonderful opportunity this year to celebrate 25 years in business and had spent about six years with Delta Airlines as a flight attendant prior so I learned a lot from the customer service aspect but started the business from scratch with zero employees in the basement of my home over in Powder Springs Georgia and moved up to Kennesaw in the late 90s really about getting closer to the interstate to be able to move around because we were starting to work with lots of real estate agents and doing packages for them as closing gifts which later on we grew into be involved with many builders but today we kind of go to market several different ways we have a
