When was the last time you worked on getting to know your ideal client (or client avatar) on a deeper level? When was the last time you could remember who they were, how old they were, or what their kids' names are? If you're like most of my clients, you don't check in on your ideal client too often. I recommend to all my clients that you check in on your I.C.s at least once a quarter, if not more often!
