In this webinar I discuss the role of the merchant sales agent in the restaurant POS project, how to successfully partner with a POS company, and what restaurant owners want in order to choose your solution over Toast. I am joined on this webinar by Saleem Khatri, CEO at Lavu. After working with Lavu on the consulting side to design an agent reseller program, then boarding some restaurants myself, I recently worked with them to make some major changes to their program in order to position agents for success in building a portfolio in 2025 that takes feedback and market realities into consideration.
