One of South Africa’s most sort after dj, born in the early 1980s in the heartland of Limpopo province at the former homeland township of the Lebowa government called Lebowakgomo township, Carl Deep Hd developed his love of the music as early as 1996 when he was introduced to the music of the most influential South African jazz pianists namely Abdullah Ibrahim & Don Laka. He then started collecting house music vinyls as he felt in love with the music and influences of Djs like Dj Fresh, Vinny Da Vinci, DJ Christos, Dj Ganyane, Dj Tokzen, Oskido, and Glen Lewis just to name the few and started djing in 1997.
