Following the pandemic, emotional healing and reiki practitioners have grown in popularity and demand as dealing with the everyday grind necessitates a great deal of mental and physical dedication. Amy Rempel, a certified Aromatherapist, a Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, believes in refocusing on one’s goals and requirements through clearing stagnant energy and blocks. She says, “Ever since High School, I have always wanted to help women with their health goals and struggles”. Now, she has helped over 200 women overcome obstacles and attain a happier life.
Amy began her career in the health-food industry as a marketing and sales representative. Her genuine calling, though, she felt, was something more.
