The giant tight end had a big day at practice on Tuesday but he must improve his ability as a blocker if he wants to secure his place on the team. Defensive domination has become pretty common throughout camp, but unfortunately it's hard to know how serious to take them because of the offense's immense struggles. The savior is likely none of the current backups, but fortunately star quarterback Justin Herbert could be working his way back soon. Herbert could get his boot off as soon as Thursday, but his return to action is still unclear.
