This episode we discuss being active and how important it is to stay in motion. The human body must move. Movement affects our bodies and brain. It affects our digestion even the way we think or don’t think. The idea of movement may seem like a far fetched idea but the truth is we must move. Focusing on being involved and intentional allows us to hold space for ourselves and process. It’s special when we do this for ourselves. Find out what it looks like when you’re intentional on your personal growth. I continue to be surprised at life and the ways it continues to respond to me now.
