LEAD is the third step in the LEARN-LIVE-LEAD paradigm. This is where the big change happens. This is where, after proving to yourself time and time again through repetition, you've created a habit and done so for so long that it becomes a part of who you are. Your new behavior is no longer a thing your doing - you're no longer a person ACTING in a certain way - you are BEING this new person that does this new thing autonomously. You've changed your mind so drastically that your actions naturally follow and you no longer have to convince yourself to execute your habit. You've actually BECOME this new way of living.
