Negative self talk follows most of us. We can use books and audios it help develop a stronger more positive mindset but you need to use them all the time to drown out the negative talk, so what do we do if we don’t have time or can’t access that material? We combat our thoughts by following through with a “ but” positive mindset, example “I keep f@#king up” BUT “I keep learning from my mistakes” “ mistakes are made and for every problem there is a solution and a positive lesson to learn. You are not what your negative mindset tells you and your negative mindset is just the left over emotions from a bad experience having it’s bitch, have a zero tolerance for complaining.
