Have you ever felt trapped by the stigma of divorce or silenced by the fear of judgment in your church? Or have you suffered from psychological and spiritual abuse but are having a hard time explaining it to others, making it hard for them to believe you? In this week’s episode of Live Brighter With Tara, we will be joined by Stacey Womack—founder and executive director of Abuse Recovery Ministry Services (ARMS)—to discuss the different forms of abuse, especially spiritual and psychological abuse, and to address the challenges of seeking help within the church and the need for better education and support for survivors.
