Is there ever a reality in which an STD can actually be a gift?
In this episode, I explore this topic with a resounding YES. I talk about my own diagnosis with herpes and how it actually helped transform my life for the better. Was it easy? Absolutely not. Was the shame deeply internalized for years? 100%. Am I still moving this outdated energy of shame and fear out of my system? Yes, but I'm on my way.
