Today we are sip and telling about unhappy clients. One of our main goals in business is keeping our clients happy, which by the way is a lot more than just creating a film they will love. And while we are sharing our best practices on making sure our clients are happy from pre wedding to post wedding, we are also talking about what happens when we do get that dreaded unhappy client.
Yes it is frustrating and can bruise our ego a little but you know what? It happens. It is a normal part of the process. But it's one that you can take as a learning opportunity to educate yourself moving forward.
