It is Day 2 in Hell for Leo Brawn and he is attending orientation led by local legend Billy Bocheefe. This orientation session has security tightened for an unknown reason. Leo meets fellow new arrivals, Herman Edward Coxlin and Jillian Burkett. He also makes a new friend in Maximilian. Meanwhile, back at the Obsidian Recovery Agency, Captain F.J. Mangutt and the henchman known as The Pig have a tense confrontation. And, back home in Jeffries Point, Massachusetts, Laurie Stryker, lead singer of the punk rock band The Hack Sisters, is made frighteningly aware that she may have an unwanted guest.
