Minter Dialogue with Ben Renshaw
Ben Renshaw is a leadership thought leader, doing keynote speaking and coaching on leadership and purpose-led cultures. He's author of several books and notably, his last book, cowritten with Sophie Devonshire, "LoveWork, The Seven Steps to Thrive at Work." In this conversation, we discuss Ben's atypical background as a classically trained violinist, his work in leadership and how to chart one's path and find purpose, at any age. We talk about the notion of love at work, and how to bring about positive work experiences, improving engagement and how to thrive in life and at work.
