This episode discusses Nicholas A.C. Read and Stephen J. Bistritz's Selling to the C-Suite and provides tips on how help those executives in the C-Suite understand the value that we can provide as lawyers. The authors suggests that “the new role of the CEO is to create value at the organization’s boundaries, to radically change relationships with suppliers, customers, and alliance partners.” So we have to think about how to bring value to our clients over and above providing great legal services, because that is what all clients expect.
