Savory Breakfast Muffin

4 Tbsp almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp garlic

Pinch of salt

2 beaten eggs

3 Tbsp melted butter

½ cup shredded Colby jack cheese

¼ cup bacon bits

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients to the dry and mix well. Divide the batter into 2 greased 12 oz. mugs.

Microwave one at a time for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes then dump them on a plate and enjoy!
