Ana Echeveste shares her wisdom with Liz and Loz delving into the deeper levels of understanding and philosophy of the incredible intelligence of our body ecosystems and how this i relates to Chiropractic. We discuss why many people these days have a lack of trust in our bodies and symptoms and why we think that this is the case.

Ana opens up and shares with us the journey of her previous twelve months. For most of her life Ana has expressed extreme symptoms; Grand mal seizures. Since early 2016, Ana decided that she would stop taking her mediation and heal from the inside out. Her year has not been smooth, however the learning and understanding that she has gained about herself has been a priceless experience for Ana.
