We live in a time and age where we spend way too much time sitting.

For most people, the following is a reality: lie in bed, sit in a car to go to work, sit in a chair at work, sit in a car to drive home, sit on the couch to watch Netflix, go to bed and lie down again. Moving your body is a ridiculously easy way to maintain your health.

There’s no question about it. I think that, a lot of times, people are too fixated on getting in shape, building muscles, and looking good, instead of on simply having fun—and this fixation is standing in the way of people moving about more.

Hopefully, through what I share in this episode, working out and moving your body will take on a whole new meaning, and this will help you focus on having fun as your number 1 priority instead of being fixated on getting in shape and building muscles.
