Imagine if what you said to someone saved their life. Just asking them if they were actually ok, changed the course of their life in that moment. This happens every single day. And in this episode Stephanie Robinson from (CEO of Lifeline Central West) chats with George and Chezzi about why she is dedicating her life to raising awareness about mental health fitness. She also delves into the underestimated power behind being an accidental Counsellor and why she is helping train people to do just this. Steph opens up about her journey with depression and gives some powerful tips on how she manages it in her day to day life. Lifeline is a wonderful resource and Steph explains who can use the service and why they have introduced new programs to help with the onslaught of disasters seen since COVID. It’s a beautiful warm and heartfelt chat.. and definitely a timely reminder that Christmas can be a difficult time of year for many.
