Every pastor wants to see fruit being produced in their church, but oftentimes we implement strategies without connecting them to a deeper system and it produces inconsistent or unsuccessful results. In many cases, it’s not that the ideas or strategies are off, but that our thinking and how we implement these strategies needs an adjustment.
