Welcome to From Complex to Queens, Home Run Applesauce’s podcast focusing on the Mets’ minor league system.

Thomas and Lukas are holding down the fort live this week, so they take the opportunity to discuss NBA free agency and what portends to be an exciting Eastern Conference. After that, it’s mock draft chatter time. BA’s mocked pick of Seaver King would be fine, while SNY’s mock of Tommy White would be much less so. Somehow, Amed Rosario makes his way into this discussion as well.

After the break, Thomas, Lukas, and Steve via recording share their updated first round targets, including a name we’ve already talked about and a recent draft riser. We wrap the show up with another long discussion of Brett Baty and how the Mets can potentially make room on the roster for him as the trade deadline approaches.

As always, you can listen or subscribe to all of our Home Run Applesauce podcasts through Apple Podcasts, where we encourage you to leave a review if you enjoy the show. It really helps! And you can find us on Spotify, or listen wherever you get podcasts.
