In today’s episode, I'm talking about how relationships—specifically romantic and intimate relationships—have a profound impact on your health and longevity. Drawing from my own personal experiences, I share how an emotionally abusive relationship negatively affected my mental, emotional, and physical health, and how breaking free from it led to significant healing and better health.

As someone who specializes in root causes, I discuss how relationships are often overlooked as key factors affecting our health. But here’s the truth: the people you surround yourself with, particularly your intimate partner, can either help you thrive or keep you stuck in unhealthy cycles that affect your mind, body, and spirit. I also share the intimate details of my journey—from losing myself in toxic relationships, disconnecting from who I truly was, to finally finding love, alignment, and optimal Higher health with my soulmate.

We’ll talk about the importance of recognizing the red flags, stepping into your own power, and understanding that YOU are the one who has the answers to your own healing and health. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or held back by any relationships; or just unsure about your current relationship, this episode is for you.

Your relationships should enhance your health, not be a barrier to it.

In this episode we'll cover:

  • The connection between toxic relationships and health
  • Emotional abuse and its effects on your physical and mental well-being
  • Root causes beyond the physical: why relationships matter in your health journey
  • The moment I realized I needed to heal myself—and leave an unhealthy relationship
  • Finding my soulmate and what it’s like to be in a relationship that supports Higher Health
  • How to recognize unhealthy patterns in relationships and step into your own power
  • Creating space for the right people by letting go of unhealthy relationships

Tune in for a powerful conversation on reclaiming your health and your life by reclaiming your relationship with yourself first. Remember: walking away from what’s unhealthy is the best thing you can do for your health and well-being - and that includes people - no matter who they are.
