Notable accolades include winning the highest in-house design team award from UCDA and a grand gold from CASE, with recognition as a CASE District IV Rising Star. Phillips is active in professional associations, holding the P-CM credential through the American Marketing Association and serving as Chair-elect for her CASE district.

Outside of work, she volunteers with HighEdWeb, shares insights on marketing and leadership through her website, and enjoys traveling with her puppy, Eleanor Belle.
