We’ve had so many conversations about the journey, about what it takes to live a whole, fulfilling and aligned life. As many of you folks have found, the journey often includes a lot of “work”. It’s easy to get caught up in what we think the “work” should look like, in how the journey should unfold. But often we aren’t taught to surrender to ease or to do the work sustainably. Like many things in life, it all boils down to what works for you. What does making space for ease look like for you? What does success feel like to you? What about sustainability? As humans we often encounter the conundrum of “just being” mainly because letting in and trusting ease can be one of the hardest things to do, and as women and entrepreneurs we are taught that hard work is the only way to success. But often the societal ideas behind the concept of hard work ask us to grind and push and take us farther and farther away from a life of ease, sustainability and authenticity. Today’s guest is someone that is learning the value of slowing down, being intentional and prioritizing the inner work. Join Carly Jo Bell and I as we color and journey together and talk all things sustainability. Tune in to hear more about what it takes to create an easy and sustainable life and business, the value of giving ourselves space to be whole and why sustainability always makes space for things to shift with time.
