First up is Range - built on an insistent pulsing bassline and peppered with organic percussion, epic beaming pads drop in with a zap to send the vibes far and wide. Next up is Radar, powerfully scanning the horizon via rolling rhythmic waves of static blasts, punctuated by moments of bleeps, claps, and chaos. Midwest American Jon Hester started his Participation label for solo work and collaborations with fellow underground talents. His own works have been released on the likes of Rekids, Klockworks, and Tresor, to name a few, establishing his signature sound with warmth, groove, and soul. Hailing from Iceland, Exos has flowed forward through several channels of sound, from deep dub cuts to warehouse stormers, since the mid-nineties. As such, his releases run the gamut and can be found on Thule, Force Inc., Symbolism, Figure, Trip, Mutual Rytm, and his own X/OZ and Planet X labels, among others.
