Well, it's been a while since I sat down to record an episode and it took me a while because I had some MAJOR stuff going on in my life. Now, I'm not ready to disclose it yet (a separate episode will be coming in for that, hopefully) but on the whole, my mental health wasn't the best and I decided that I should take a break. After rejuvenating to a lot of Ted Talks, nostalgic music and some books, I got back up and now here we are - with an episode on what it's like to not be okay and that it's okay if you're not "fine". Although I haven't watched the drama yet, I thought that the title was very suiting for this episode, so tune in to hear more...
