People always ask me, “Are we in a buyer’s market or a seller’s market?” Today, I’ll go over the latest market conditions from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective.

If you are buying a home in today’s market, you should know that interest rates continue to remain at historic lows. That means buyers have more purchasing power, so we are seeing a lot of buyer activity in the real estate market right now.
Interest rates and inventory are at historic lows!

Ultimately, whether you are buying or selling a home, there are many positive reasons for you to be involved in the real estate market right now. If you have any questions or would like to know more details about your particular price point, give me a call or send me an email. I would be happy to help you!
